Institutional Investors See Continued Growth of Private Equity in Emerging Markets (14 May 2007)
A survey released by the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) reveals that Limited Partner (LP) interest in emerging markets private equity continues to grow, driven by recent improvements in performance, the diversification benefits, and the maturation of fund managers who now have credible track records. LPs firmly believe that emerging market funds will outperform developed markets funds over the next several years.

SAVCA’s Swiss promotion events (01 Mar 2007)
The South African Venture Capital and Private Equity Association worked with SECA (see www.seca.ch) which is the Swiss VC/PE Association and the SA Embassy in Switzerland (see www.southafrica.ch) to host two luncheon events and various one-on-one meetings with Swiss Private Equity fund of funds (i.e. Swiss investors that mange funds that invest into private equity funds). Globally the Swiss Private Equity fund of fund market represents 20% of this industry making them the biggest market in the world.

SAVCA Membership fees for 2007 (07 Dec 2006)
